Terms of Use

License

Proid CRM is licensed by subscription. The software, code, models, brand and infrastructure remain the property of Digital Proid. The customer receives a limited, revocable and non-transferable right to use the service during the contract term.

Connected accounts

The customer is responsible for its accounts, numbers, permissions, consent, content and compliance with Meta, Google and other provider policies.

Responsible use

The platform may not be used for fraud, harassment, unlawful collection, illegal messages or attempts to bypass limits and anti-spam controls.

Availability

External integrations may change or become unavailable. Digital Proid works to maintain continuity but does not control third-party services.
