License
Proid CRM is licensed by subscription. The software, code, models, brand and infrastructure remain the property of Digital Proid. The customer receives a limited, revocable and non-transferable right to use the service during the contract term.
Connected accounts
The customer is responsible for its accounts, numbers, permissions, consent, content and compliance with Meta, Google and other provider policies.
Responsible use
The platform may not be used for fraud, harassment, unlawful collection, illegal messages or attempts to bypass limits and anti-spam controls.
Availability
External integrations may change or become unavailable. Digital Proid works to maintain continuity but does not control third-party services.

100-send free trial
The trial includes 100 email sends in total, with no time limit and no automatic charge. It requires a registered account, an internet connection and the customer’s email account. The balance is controlled by the server; provider acceptance uses one send but does not prove delivery or reading. When the balance is exhausted, new sends are paused until subscription. Reinstalling the application or changing email does not grant a new trial.
100 sends in total per customer, including campaigns, replies and connection tests across all accounts. Provider limits still apply. Provider acceptance uses the balance but does not guarantee delivery. Proven immediate failures do not use a send; confirmed non-send limit notices are reconciled without duplicate credits.
