DIGITAL PROID INTERMEDIAÇÃO DE NEGÓCIOS LTDA processes personal data to provide, protect and improve Proid CRM and its sales automation services.

Data we process

We may process customer registration details, authentication records, connected-account settings and business data entered or authorized by the customer. Digital Proid does not receive Facebook or WhatsApp passwords.

Integrations

When a customer connects Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram or Google, processing follows the customer’s authorization and those providers’ policies. Technical tokens are protected and used only to perform contracted functions.

Purposes and sharing

Data is used for authentication, support, security, CRM operation, authorized message sending and receiving, and legal compliance. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and security

We retain data for the period required by the contract and legal obligations. We apply access controls, credential encryption and operational records.
