Data Deletion

To request deletion of Proid CRM data or revoke an integration, email contato@digital.com.br with the subject “Data deletion”.

Include in your request

• company or account holder name;
• email used to register;
• WhatsApp number or connected account;
• a description of the data you want deleted.

We will verify your identity and respond within the period required by applicable law.

Revoking access through Meta

You can also remove the integration in Meta’s app and business settings.
